Non-product quality problems are not within the scope of our responsibility (including but not limited to):
- a) If the battery is damaged, the instrument is damaged, the connecting wire is damaged, etc. caused by various water ingress such as long-term use in the rain or immersion in water, etc., the fault is caused;
- b) If the weight is overloaded to drive; climb for a long time or drive on a bumpy road for a long time, etc., resulting in failure;
- c) If the user does not use, repair and maintain in strict accordance with the instructions in the manual;
- e) If the user modifies, adds or modifies the appearance and function of the product without our authorization, the failure caused by it;
- f) If the invoice, warranty card, model and serial number are inconsistent or changed;
- g) If various accidents occur not in accordance with local laws and regulations and do not meet the warranty terms
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If there are quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide new accessories and repairs for free. If it cannot be solved by providing accessories, please contact us, and we will arrange to send it to the designated place for repair;
