Free shipping on all orders in Europe.

We are very focused on ensuring that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Please note: Estimated delivery time does not include processing/production time!

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

All of our products are ordered for you, so they will go through a production process and therefore will have processing time.

How long does it take for a buyer to receive their order?

Processing time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday)

Shipping time: 5 - 10 business days (Monday - Friday)

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for individual orders. If you wish to have your items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If your item does not arrive, for example if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out for you.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product is returned to us.
